Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 4, 2026

This policy explains how information is handled when you visit PsychicCareer.com, send a message or leave a comment. Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is our only analytics service. We use Akismet for spam prevention and do not currently offer member accounts or newsletters.

Information you provide

When you use our contact form or email us, we receive the name, email address and message you provide, including a subject or attachment if supplied. We use that information to handle your inquiry and related follow-up. Please do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents, medical records or another person’s private information.

Where comments are open, we collect the submitted comment and associated fields, such as a name, email address and optional website. Comments and the chosen display name may become public after moderation. Your email address is not displayed as part of the public comment. Avoid including information you would not want others to read.

Comment processing can also involve technical information such as an IP address and browser user-agent. Where the comment system uses Gravatar, a hash of your email address may be sent to that service to check for an associated profile image. See Automattic’s privacy policy for that service.

Google Analytics 4

We use GA4 to understand how the website is used and improve its content. Google describes Analytics data as including page activity, device/browser information and cookie identifiers. GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses. See Google’s Analytics privacy guidance and how Google uses information from partner sites.

Analytics is separate from sending us a message: this policy does not treat your name, email or message as information to be sent to GA4. Google’s own policies and the applicable Analytics settings govern its processing. GA4 is the only analytics service used by this website.

Akismet spam checks

Akismet, provided by Automattic, actively checks form or comment submissions for spam. Data from a checked submission is sent to the service. Depending on the integration, this can include the submitted name, email and text, along with an IP address, browser user-agent, referring page and site URL. This processing is for spam prevention, not an additional analytics service.

Read Akismet’s privacy information and Automattic’s notice for site visitors for details of the provider’s processing. If a genuine message appears not to reach us, you can use the business email below.

Cookies and third-party content

GA4 can use cookies to measure visits. Where available, a comment-form option may remember the details you choose to save for a later comment. Cookies needed for website administration are separate from member accounts; we do not currently provide visitor membership registration.

Links take you to websites with their own policies. Embedded media, if present, can also communicate with its provider when loaded. A provider may process information differently from PsychicCareer.com. Review its policy before interacting or submitting information there.

Access, service providers and retention

Website administrators handle messages and moderate comments. Website hosting and email services support delivery and operation; Google and Automattic process information for the services described above. Information may also need to be disclosed to meet an applicable legal requirement.

Published comments and associated moderation records may remain while the discussion is available, unless removed. Message records may remain to handle follow-up and preserve relevant correspondence. Provider-held analytics and spam-check data follow their applicable settings and policies. Contact us for retention details concerning a particular record; this policy does not promise an unverified fixed deletion period.

Your privacy choices

• Browse without sending a message or leaving a comment.
• Use your browser controls to review, delete or restrict cookies. Restricting cookies can affect website features.
• Review Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. It addresses Analytics measurement, not every type of website processing.
• Ask us about access, correction or deletion of information you supplied. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on your location and the information concerned.

We may need enough information to identify your record before acting on a request. Do not send an identity document unless a suitable verification method has been discussed. Some records may need to be retained for legal, administrative or security reasons.

Security and policy changes

No website or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep sensitive information out of comments and ordinary website messages. We will update this page when the practices described here change; the date above identifies the latest revision.
