Timeline for Our Recruiting Process
If you’ve submitted an application, our recruiting team will review the skills and experience you listed. We’ll then assess whether or not to move you to the evaluation phase. All applicants selected to affiliate with PsychicOz must successfully pass two telephone evaluations of about 10 to 15 minutes each. Expect this phase to take 1 to 2 weeks.
Once you’ve passed the evaluation phase, we’ll submit your information for a basic background check. This process usually takes 1 to 2 weeks.
After you’ve successfully passed the evaluation phase and the background check, you’ll be offered a contract with PsychicOz. At this time, you’ll be asked to provide materials for your profile. The amount of time involved in this phase can vary based upon how quickly the materials are submitted and processed.
The final step is a one-week online training program, which teaches you step-by-step how to take calls with our system.
Most applicants complete the entire process in about a month.
