Chakras

Chakras are your energy centers, and they are often seen as something mystical. They aren’t just for hippies or for psychics, but they are for everyone. Some people will do yoga to improve their chakras while other people will just think that the chakra idea isn’t even real.

Yoga is one way that you can increase the energy in your body, and it can make you feel stronger in your being.  Some that have done yoga will often link this with the chakra center because they find that the chakras are more than just a name.

Chakras are part of your energy centers, and they are associated with different parts of your body. Each of the chakras work with your energy and with your life in order to develop you and to make you better. This can also work with your career.

First Chakra

The chakras work as developmental tasks, and they are associated with different needs that your body has. The first chakra is found at the bottom of the spine and is where you are grounded, and you find a way to survive. This can be found with the idea of a baby being taken care of by being fed. This is how they survive.

When someone has a blocked first chakra, they might not be able to manage their money or to have enough things to meet the needs that they have. They also might not be able to make a good living because they ruin their chances before they even get started.

Second Chakra

The second chakra is found in the lower stomach and is linked to your sexuality and the pleasure that you get. This can be a childhood task of getting their needs met early and forming relationships with others. Someone that has an over developed second chakra might not make good choices and might have workplace affairs instead of being smart and concentrating on their work.

Third Chakra

The third chakra is the solar plexus chakra and is associated with how you feel about yourself and your self-esteem. This can be associated with your career because if you don’t think that you are smart enough or good enough to do a job, you won’t do it.

People that have this chakra blocked will not be developed and they will struggle with being victims and facing challenges with confidence.

Fourth Chakra

The fourth chakra is the heart chakra, and it is where you are able to form relationships with others. When it is balanced, you can have compassion and love but when unbalanced, it can cause you not to be able to balance your career and your relationships.

This can mean that you have a hard time forming co-worker relationships and you have a lack of empathy for others.

Fifth Chakra

The fifth chakra is where your creativity and communication lies. This is your throat chakra. If this is unbalanced, you will have a hard time speaking truth and being in leadership positions. This can be imbalanced and can cause you to not be able to be creative in your job or you might feel inadequate to speak.

Sixth Chakra

The sixth chakra is found in the middle of your forehead and is the third eye chakra. This is where your intuition is and where you get your visions. If this is blocked, it can cause you to not be able to inspire yourself or others and it can also make you have a hard time finding meaning in your job.

Seventh Chakra

The last chakra is the seventh chakra, and it is found at the top of your head. This is where you reach your spiritual self. This can affect your career if you want to mentor someone or be mentored, and it can cause you to become too competitive with others.
