People often feel insecure, and it can be because of something someone spoke to you that wasn’t kind or a thoughtless action that someone made to you. You may have had someone criticize what you were doing, and it caused you to doubt who you were and what you were doing.

No matter if you feel insecure because of a family member or a friend, the feelings of having no self-worth can cause you to have a lot of pain in your heart. The great thing is that you can be healed from this pain, and you can do it in things you do each day in your life.

Mantras

Mantras are a great way that you can raise your self-love and you can become more confident. As you do your daily things such as eat breakfast or take a bath, you can say these easy mantras and make yourself confident again. Here are some mantras that you can repeat throughout your day:

  • I am worthy.
  • I am enough.
  • I have gifts that overflow from me.
  • I do not have to be validated int his world because I am enough.
  • I choose to love who I am because I deserve this love.

Whenever you are feeling down, say these mantras. You can even write your own to help you with your own struggles. This can become something strong in your life.

Thankful Journal

Take time to write in a journal all of the things you are thankful for. This doesn’t take much time and it can be even small things. This will help you to have a boost of confidence and you will see the great things about yourself that you sometimes forget. Write about all of the things that you like about yourself such as:

  • How connected you are to the spirit world.
  • That you keep your home clean.
  • That you always keep your car neat and clean.
  • That you say nice things to others.
  • That your hair and eyes are beautiful.
  • That you are a great and loyal friend.
  • That you do your work in a timely manner.
