Chakras

You have seven chakras in your body, and they are part of your energy centers. Each one has energy that affects your mind, body, and soul. When your chakras are blocked, it can stop you from being able to do great things or stop you from feeling good. If the root chakra is blocked, for example, you might get tired and overwhelmed easily.

The chakras are associated with different parts of your body and different things that you need. As you look at your energy and you look at healing practices, you will find that your chakras can affect your career.

Blocked Root Chakra

If the root chakra is blocked, it can cause you to miss out on good things. This chakra is located at the bottom of the spine and is the first of the chakras. When it is grounded, you are connected with the earth but when it is blocked, it can cause you to struggle. If you have a hard time making things work for you, this chakra might be blocked.

Some people with a blocked root chakra often lack discipline and they are not very stable. They also often sabotage themselves in anything good. There are things you can do to balance these chakras.

Sacral Chakra

The sacral chakra is a place where your sexuality and pleasure lies. This is found in the lower part of the stomach and helps you to make good choices. If this is unbalanced, you will not prioritize what needs to be done. You can balance this chakra with Reiki, and it can help you to make better decisions.

Solar Plexus and Success

The third chakra, the Solar Plexus, is found in the middle of the body. This is where you take action and reach your purpose. When you have a balanced solar plexus, you will feel happy, and you will be sure of what you want. If it isn’t balanced though you will over-work and never be happy with your job. You will lack passion.

When you are working too much, you can try yin yoga in order to balance this chakra and see if that helps you.

Heart Chakra Balance

The heart chakra is found in the middle of your chest. It is where you have love and compassion for yourself and others. When this is not balanced, you will have a hard time balancing your work and your fun. You need to balance this so that you can have empathy for others, and you can work hard without being mad about it.

Show love and empathy to others and meditate to make this chakra stronger.

Throat Chakra Unblocked

The throat chakra is found in your throat. This is where you can have honest communication. When you are starting new things in your job, you can make better relationships if this is balanced. If not though, it will be hard to tell your ideas and to listen to others.

You can do breathwork to make sure that this chakra is not blocked.

Third Eye and Passions

Do you have passions in your job? Your third eye chakra which is found in the middle of your forehead helps with this. You might have visions about who you want to be and what you want to do. Imagine that you are able to do anything to make your career take off. If this is unbalanced though, you will have a hard time loving your job and finding meaning.

Using affirmations can help to keep this chakra balanced.

Crown Chakra and Letting Go

The last chakra is the crown chakra, and it is found at the top of your head. If you are not able to reach your energy and you are not able to use your life experiences for something good, this can be blocked.

Try meditation and aromatherapy to unblock this chakra.
